My name is Nohora Martinez and I have been a dentist since 1998. I graduated from the University of Western Ontario and completed post-graduate studies in orthodontics abroad. I am licensed as a general dentist in Ontario. I enjoy all areas of dentistry, especially cosmetics. Seven years ago I started Riverpark Dental with the mission to help provide the most enjoyable experience for patients and it has worked very well. I am looking forward to providing an even more enjoyable experience for the people of Newmarket.
Dr. Jonathan Martinez graduated as a dentist in 2009 from Pontificia Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia. In 2010, he completed a diploma in Aesthetic Concepts in Modern Oral Rehabilitation, and went on to specialize in oral surgery and pathology at the same university in 2014. During his specialization, he had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Tom Daily, Professor Emeritus and Dr. Mark Darling at Western University. In 2015, Dr. Martinez started his validation process for dental practice in Canada, including several assessments in knowledge, skills and clinical judgment and successfully completing the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) process. During this process he worked as part of the dental team at Riverpark Dental, as assistant manager administrator. This provided him the opportunity to work alongside his sister, Dr. Nohora Martinez, to learn about her philosophy in dentistry and the mission of her practice.
Dr. Elham Faghih Nasiri brings to Oasispark Dental a kind and caring nature together with a wealth of experience and knowledge in many areas of dentistry, including pediatrics. Her patience and drive to deliver the highest quality of dental care patient after patient, makes her very sought after among patients.
Dr. Nasiri graduated from Shiraz Dental University in Iran in 1992 ranked third in her class and began. She then began her studies at Tehran Dental University for Pediatric Dentistry. She graduated from the specialty program in 1996 and was ranked number one in the National Paediatric Board.
Dr. Nasiri was also an assistant professor at Tabriz Dental school from 1996-2003 while also maintaining her own Pediatric dental practice for over 20 years before immigrating to Canada. In Canada she completed her Canadian Board Certification. In her free time, Dr. Nasiri enjoys skiing, skating and other outdoor activities.
I'm Adriana and I’m a certified dental assistant. I also have a BA in Sociology. I graduated from Fanshawe College and continued my education at Western University. I have been in the dental field for over nine years and enjoy working as a Patient Care Specialist, meeting new people and helping to make sure their dental needs are met. I believe every person I meet is an opportunity to see a new world, and because of that, I love making the patient experience the most enjoyable one possible. In my free time I love to travel and discover new cuisines, and I enjoy fishing and outdoor activities too. I look forward to meeting you and discovering how we can make your visit the most pleasant at Oasispark Dental!
I'm Nandy and I joined the team as a Patient Care Specialist. I completed my certification as Dental Radiographer from George Brown College in 2017. I graduated as a Dentist from the Bosque University in Bogota, Colombia in 2012. I further my studies by specializing in Paediatric Dentistry and maxillary Orthopedics at the National University of Colombia in 2015. My experience in Dentistry has taught me that a beautiful and a healthy smile is not a luxury, it's a right, and I am committed to teach and help our patients achieve the smile they deserve. When I am not with my team, I enjoy dancing, cooking and traveling, hiking/camping with my family.
Hi I'm Natasha and I'm a registered dental hygienist at Oasispark. It was my passion to study dental hygiene and so I attended the program at the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries in 2013. I am dedicated to providing our patients with exceptional care by continuously upgrading my education in oral hygiene. To me, the most rewarding aspect of being a dental hygienist is the personal interaction and communication I have with patients. I also love to travel and explore different cultures around the world.
